Water Cooled Enamel 10G-60G

Features:

Dual water cooled enamel ozone tube, ozone concentration up to 80Mg/L~120Mg/L

Ozone output and concentration with adjustable according to meet customers’ required.

Ozone output:

10G/Hr, 20G/Hr, 30G/Hr, 50G/Hr, 60G/Hr......

Applications for dual water cooled enamel ozone parts:

1. Main part for ozone generator, use for:

  1). Big size air purify (pharmaceutical factory, food factory, green house, waste yard etc)

  2). Water treatment(pure water sterilization, drinking water, aquaculture water, Chemical industry of decolor/degrease etc)

2. Introduction for dual water cooled enamel ozone parts:

  1). Evenly discharge gap for inner enamel coating with outer SS electrode, use with isolated material without electric leakage.

  2). SS 316L outer electrode housing, best anti-oxidation material without rusty.

  3). Different ozone output for different customers’ requirements, adjustable range: 10%-100%

  4). Dual water cooled for inner and outer electrodes, best for heating dissipation to ensure stable ozone output capacity.

3. Cooling water temperature within the range of ±8℃ with ambient temperature.

4. Working condition: ambient 200C; Oxygen purity: ＞93%; Dew point＞-450C

5. Water cooled enamel ozone tube with high ozone concentration, stable output capacity, low power consumption, environmental, long life time and easy for assembly etc.

Electrodes:

Use a high voltage electrode with enamel coating as internal electrode, stainless steel housing as external electrode.

Uniformity air gap between enamel coating internal electrode and stainless steel housing, it produces high concentration ozone output.

Using insulation materials for connections, for preventing creepage discharge.

Cooling method

Ozone tube is water cooled type unit, cooling water will take away the heat which released by ozone tubes. Clean cooling water could be recycled and be cooling down by outside process.

Using longer elbow water connection for cooling water output to prevent water leakage into ozone tube.

Adjustable type electric card with adjustable ozone output

Ozone output could be regulated from 10% to 100% based customer’s demand.
