Features:

1. The ozone discharge chamber inside combined with several groups of ozone discharge tubes, called Honeycomb structure design;
2. The inner and outer electrodes both by SS316L material, housing with SS304;
3. High purity silica quartz tube;
4. High ozone concentration: ozone concentration can be up to 150Mg/L under pure O2, 10-25Mg/L under dry air;
5. High quality power supply to ensure life time and stable ozone capacity;
6. Accept with PLC control, with 0-10V or 4-20mA signal output.
7. Three parts included: ozone discharge chamber, high voltage transformer, ozone electric card.

Features for high-voltage power supply:

Military-grade variable-frequency and variable-voltage PCB circuit and vacuum epoxy high-voltage package;

IGBT drive, auto/manual bandwidth, slow start, (limiting surge current), over-voltage protection, converter overheating protection, output short circuit and open circuit protection, sound and light warning.

Three proofings design.

It can be flexibly adapted to PLC control or customized.

Normally life time is >12,000 hours.
