. High-power ozone dedicated dry-type transformer technology

The high voltage transformer converts the alternating current output from the inverter circuit into high voltage electricity suitable for generation of ozone by generating a dielectric barrier discharge in the chamber discharge body. In order to match the capacitive characteristics of the occurrence of the discharge of the chamber discharge body, the requirements of its parameters are different from those of ordinary transformers.

It’s low power consumption, high efficiency, small size. The transformer adopts large section high frequency soft ferrite core and cooper high frequency bundle wrapped conductor, and adopts unique cross winding process. Under high frequency operation with low iron loss and low copper loss, low heating by air cooling. Air cooling can avoid the harm caused by water or oil cooling.

Ozone special frequency conversion power supply technology

Do not use the equipment where close to high-precision electronic equipment. Non-corrosive item and equipment must be removed from the ozone disinfection environment.

Make sure the power, gas and water inlet and outlet pipelines are correctly connected and sealed to avoid moisture. Water or liquid entering the ozone generator may cause leakage and failure.
