Immersion UV water sterilizer

Introduction:

Using 304 or 316L stainless stell material made of pipeline reaction cavity (inside and outside carry on high strength polishing processing), the UV lamp installed in the high transmittance quartz sleeve, sealed by the 0-type circle. Water flows inlet meanwhile the ballasts light UV lamp, high intensity irradiation of UV kill the bacteria and viruses in water, the sterilization rate can reach 99.9% when the water flow out.

Immersion connector using special food grade PTFE, resistance to ozone and UV aging, easy installation, sealing strong.

Low-pressure high-intensity mercury lamp, life of 9000-13000 hoours, supporting high-efficiency electronic ballast, sterilizaton rate as high as 99.99%.

Application:

The 254nm UV lamp for double seal with high transmittance quartz sleeve and the connector of our company die sinking produced, install it in the water tank directly, to kill the bacteria in the water and air of the tank, effectively prevent inhibit bacteria breeding and prevent secondary pollution of water in the tank, and into the water directly, the material is water proof IP68.
